Background:
Dr. David Lazar completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Gerontology at the University of South Florida followed by his Master of Public Health at the University of Florida. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine, and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Lazar completed a Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, and is 1 of 406 Rheumatologists trained in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from the Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologist (USSONAR) as well as credentialed by the American College of Rheumatology (RhMSUS). He is Board Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine.
