I recently visited the 82nd Parkway office of Carolina Health Specialists, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The front office and nursing staff were both friendly and courteous, making me feel comfortable and welcomed. My physician provided clear explanations about medical tests, procedures, and my treatment plan, which really helped me understand my care.

The office hours were convenient, and the physician saw me promptly, which I appreciated. Every time I called, my call was answered courteously and efficiently. The automated messaging system for appointment reminders was also very helpful.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Carolina Health Specialists to friends and family. The care I received was excellent, and I’m grateful for their professional and compassionate approach.
