Ashley Smith Wilson, DPA, PA-C, earned a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assisting from the Medical University of South Carolina, a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in Emergency Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and a Doctorate of Physician Assistant from Touro University Worldwide.

With extensive experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, and student health, Ashley is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She will join Carolina Health Specialists’ Little River Family Medicine office in November 2026.

Ashley has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 1998. She also maintains current South Carolina controlled-substance authorization and DEA registration.
