Rachel E. Eisenberger attended Horry-Georgetown Technical College where she pursued an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. She continued her education at the University of South Carolina-Upstate in Spartanburg, SC where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Most recently, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) from the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
Rachel is certified by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses-Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification-Adult Gerontology (ACNPC-AG). She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
