MEET OUR CURRENT ENDOCRINOLOGY FELLOW (2023-2025)
ZHIWEI “LAUREN” ZHANG, D.O.
Zhiwei “Lauren” Zhang, D.O. received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. She then earned her medical degree at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, Alabama. After medical school, Dr. Lauren Zhang completed her medical internship at the Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus in Hialeah, Florida and her Internal Medicine residency at the Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, New York where she was the Chief Internal Medicine Resident.
Dr. Zhang is currently completing Endocrinology fellowship training at Grand Strand Medical Center where she will be spending 2 years with our endocrinology team.
Dr. Zhang is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American College of Physicians.
