Chasidy Ward, BSN, APRN-MSN-FNP-C, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and earned her Master of Science in Nursing-specializing in Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, at South University in Savannah, Georgia.
With many years of extensive training and experience in Family Medicine/Primary Care, Chasidy will start seeing patients at our Socastee Primary Care office then will move to our newly constructed Carolina Forest Office.
